The Just Approach


Trust and transparency is paramount for Just. Therefore we want to give you a small overview what you can expect when building a work relation with us.

Every involvement will go through these phases.

1. Understand.
We fully need to understand your situation: as your advisors, we might ask you a lot of questions and point at the sensitive areas. Only if we have the chance to learn, we can give you appropriate counseling on how things can be sorted out, driven forward or initiated. In this phase we decide together about how Just and your organization can create value as a project team.

We appreciate if you are curious to learn  about our way of working. Previous experience have shown that it yields better results if everyone aboard knows where that others want the boat to head.

2. Implement.
We see the implementation phase as a period of balanced coaching, advise and mutual learning. It’s up to you: how deeply do you want us to be involved? We can play the role of taking a temporary seat
in your project and assist on daily basis on the translation of program strategies to practical realization. Or we just remain in shouting distance: whenever you need advise, we can jump in and tackle the problem together with you.

3. Evaluate.
At the end of each period we see the need to look back and measure how far we have come together and where we have created impact and value. At Just, we learned that this phase is very valuable for staying on the long-term track of strategic transformation.
